Payment options
We accept payment via Paypal if you have an account. Paypal transactions will be dispatched straight away.
We also accept payment via debit or credit card. If you choose to pay via Debit or Credit Card please note that items will not be dispatched untill 17 working days after payment was made, as this is how long it takes for the money to clear into our account.
Delivery Policy
We offer postage all around the world. On checking out just select whether you want your items delivered inside the Uk or not.
If you wish to have your items delivered inside the UK all parcels are send first class via Royal Mail.
All other countries items are sent via Royal Mails Airsure and are tracked.
When your items have been dispatched you will recieve an email confirming this. Parcels normally take 3 working days to arrive in the UK And up to 14 working days worldwide.

Return Policy
If you recieve a faulty or broken item we will be happy to replace it for you. Simply email us at dragondreads@hotmail.co.uk within 3 days of having received your item and we will inform you where to return the item. Once the item had been received back at Dragon Dreads we will dispatch a replacement.
If you recieve a corset which is the wrong size please notify us at the above email address within 3 days of receiving it and we can discuss exchanging it for a different size, or if there is none available, refunding you for the item.
If there are any other issues with regards to the items you recieve please email us at dragondreads@hotmail.co.uk and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
PLEASE NOTE: Many of the items for sale from Dragon Dreads are handmade and therefore some items may have slight imperfections (for example finger prints in clay) we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
